Your custom experience:

Your private tasting is fully customized to fit the needs of your group. Whether you’d like a general introduction to spirits or a deep dive into a specific category, I can happily accommodate your desires. I will guide you through how to properly nose and taste spirits as you taste through a selection of four different spirits chosen for your group. After tasting, you will have to figure out which whiskey was which based solely on your senses!

A little about your host (Robyn):

I have been hosting tastings, both virtually & in-person, regularly for the last two years. Prior to that, I was the research chemist for a high-tech, start-up distillery. And on the weekends I guided tours through our production facility and my lab. When the COVID19 pandemic closed down our operations, I channeled all my energy into continuing to share my passion for and knowledge of distilled spirits with others. All of the blind tastings that I host are specially curated by me with a specific theme in mind for that tasting. Everyone from whiskey beginners to professions in the industry have joined the tastings. It is always amazing to see how participants of the blind tastings are able to see progress with their palate in just one tasting!
