Have you ever tasted your morning coffee with the same focus and attention as you would taste a whiskey? Coffee is filled with complex flavors that derive from where it’s grown, how it’s processed and how it’s roasted. We’re going to explore a variety of specialty coffees using a simple, widely utilized technique called cupping. Cupping is how professional roasters and baristas assess the taste and quality of the coffee. And Sunday morning, we’ll do the same! Let’s see how well your whiskey palates can assess the different flavors of coffees!
