It wasn’t until the turn of the 21st century that Japanese Whisky popped up on US whiskey drinkers’ radar. Ever since then it has become very popular because of the light, floral, sweet flavor profiles that this unbridled whisky category is known for. During this tasting, we’ll discuss what makes whisky from East Asia so unique and how it came to be. Will all the whiskies we taste be from Japan? Join to find out. Remember, this tasting is blind, so the bottles will only be labeled V, W and X. It’s up to your palate to identify the whiskies.
